Refund or Exchange Policy for Net Super

 

  1. Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are required to email us (webmaster@aeonstores.com.hk) or make a request in our live chat in AEONCITY website, providing the details including the product name, reason for return or exchange, and related pictures (if any).
  2. Request for goods refund or exchange over 14 days after delivery could not be arranged.
  3. Refund and exchange could not be arranged for goods used, modified, installed, damaged by improper use/installation unless the good has quality problem. Refund and exchange could not be arranged for specified goods, including: computer, mobile phone, cosmetics, underwear, alcohol, milk powder, tobacco and part of the consignment goods. For goods with after sales service, please contact the supplier for installation or maintenance 14 days after purchase or delivery.
  4. If the request for return or exchange is accepted, customers need to bring the goods in original packaging and unused condition, free gifts/ redeemed goods (if any) and AEONCITY confirmation email printed version* in designated date and store for further checking by our staff and process.
  5. If it is determined that the goods meet the refund or exchange conditions, the refund method will be handled by the payment method of the purchase. The refund will be arranged by AONNCITY and will be completed in about 4 to 6 weeks after the AEON recovers the goods. Return to the credit card account used by the customer for ordering; the replacement customer will be required to bring the goods to the designated AEON branch for replacement of the goods on the specified date.
