Refund or Exchange Policy for Group Buy

1.     Request for goods return or exchange will be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Customers are required to email us (webmaster@aeonstores.com.hk) or make a request in our live chat in AEONCITY website, providing the details including the product name, reason for return or exchange, and related pictures (if any).

2.     If the request for return or exchange is accepted,

I.      customers need to bring: 1) the goods in original packaging and unused condition; 2) free gifts/ redeemed goods (if any) and 3) AEONCITY confirmation email printed version* to the designated store for further checking by our staff and process.

II.     AEONCITY arrange related supplier to check the goods at customers home.

* All order receipt will not be re-sent again, customers need to keep the confirmation email on its own for proof.

3.     Request for goods refund or exchange over 14 days after delivery could not be arranged.

4.     Refund and exchange could not be arranged for specified goods, including: computer, mobile phone, cosmetics, underwear, alcohol, milk powder, tobacco and part of the consignment goods.

5.     Refund and exchange could not be arranged for goods used, modified, installed, damaged by improper use/installation unless the good has quality problem.

6.     For goods with after sales service (such as electric appliance, baby furniture, furniture, fitness equipment, and etc.), please contact the supplier for installation or maintenance 14 days after purchase or delivery.

7.     The return will be made to the credit card used about 4 to 6 weeks after the goods collected.
