Home Delivery for Net Super

1.Home Delivery Fee

  • Customers purchase over designated amount (upon net purchase) in AEONCITY, free home delivery will be provided (offer are subject to the General Terms & Conditions). For details, please refer to below terms & conditions.
  • Purchase amount* for free home delivery:
    AEON member: $500 or above
    Non-AEON member: $800 or above
    * No delivery service for fresh food and frozen food. Delivery for Party tray and purchase out of NetSuper is subject to the related terms & conditions)
  • If the purchase amount is less than the required amount for free delivery service, $70 delivery fee will be charged.
  • For free delivery, one address for one order only.
  • The delivery will be arranged according to the order confirmation email. Customers must put all products to the shopping cart (including the redeemed products and free gift).
  • The final confirmation of all orders depends on the supply situation. AEONCITY have to cancel the order If cannot provide some goods or service. In this case, we will notice customers by phone call or email before delivery.
  • If customers don't receive the delivery in the selected timeslot, AEONCITY have the right to charge additional delivery fee for re-delivery. Customers are responsible for noticing AEONCITY before delivery if there is any address change.
  • AEONCITY have the right to reject delivery to any customer at its absolute discretion.

  • When the goods successfully deliver to the designated address, the responsibility of AEONCITY is released. We will not check the identity of receiver, while the receiver needs to sign for confirmation. If customers request to put the goods outside the door or at the management office, AEONCITY will not responsible for any loss caused.
  • he delivery must be completed within 14 days after the purchase day, otherwise AEONCITY keep the right to cancel the related order.


2. Additional delivery charge

For deliveries to any premises with elevators (such as Tong Lau), the following additional fee will be charged by our delivery service company:

Free on 1st-8th stairs, the 9th will be counted as 1 floor 

Customers need to pay' additional charge for the delivery'(no refund), it will be collected by the deliveryman. If customers purchase large electric appliance, supermarket and general household goods together, customers need to pay HKD$30 for each floor.
* Large furniture': Soft, Adult mattress and bed frame

* Large electric appliance: refrigerator, air-conditioner, washing machine, dryer and wine cooler


3. Delivery Date and Time

The delivery date and time slot will be selected according to the delivery area selected by the customer. There are A time (10:00 - 14:00), B time (14:00 - 18:00) and C time (18:00 - 22:00). Regarding the detail delivery arrangement, customers will be informed by phone call one day before the delivery date.


4. Delivery area

  • Delivery service only available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories (Some area is limited) with the delivery point at where the truck team can reach. The delivery service does not include transferring the goods to private warehouses and railway stations.
  • If the registered address is not in the delivery area, the delivery service company may refuse to provide the service.

4.1.2 Non-delivery area – other districts

  • All remote Island
  • Lo Wu (Restricted area)
  • Tung Chung, Ma Wan & Discovery Bay
  • Some areas need to register prohibited zone license or truck are unreachable.


4.2 Special delivery arrangement in particular buildings/locations

4.2.1 Village House

If the address is truck unreachable, delivery will be in the village entrance or car park.


4.2.2Special buildings/locations

  • Commercial building#: Only deliver in office hour
  • Hospital#: Only deliver to the lobby or entrance
  • Hotel#: Only deliver to the lobby
  • Restaurant#: Only deliver to the reception
  • Funeral Parlor#: Only deliver to the entrance
  • Pedestrian Zone^: Delivery service may suspend if there is any roadblock

*Delivery service only available in non-peak period including IFC, ICC, HSBC Headquarters and etc., please ask our staff for details

^ Affected Pedestrian Zone including: Sham Shui Po , Mong Kok, Jordon, Tsim Sha Tsui, Wan Chai, Central, Stanley, Sheung Shui, Yuen Long and etc.


5. Delivery arrangement under Rainstorm and Typhoon

Amber rainstorm signal, Red rainstorm signal, or No. 3 typhoon signal: Delivery service will remain unchanged, but may be delayed because of bad road condition.

Black rainstorm signal, No. 8 or above typhoon signal or vessel suspended, severe flooding, road closed caused by bad weather, the delivery service will be suspended and the delivery date will be arranged again.


6. Other remarks

  • Customers must keep the confirmation email as the purchase proof, no extra receipt is issued.
  • Currently, no self-pick-up provided for goods sold in AEONCITY.
  • The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The price of the goods is subject to the date indicated on the order.
  • Prices in AEONCITY may be different from those in AEON physical stores.
  • If there is any product (not in the order) is delivered to the customer by mistake, the company reserve the right to take it back.

  • AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the Chinese version and the English version, the Chinese version shall prevail. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of AEON Stores (Hong Kong) Co., Limited.
